Service was appalling. Staff carried other guests’ bags into their room and we were left to bring our bags ourselves. We were given a map of the room location but no explanation provided on how to get to the room until we asked (layout of building was complicated). When we got back late and there was no parking available in the main area, we had to ask before being directed to another alternative carpark, once again information that could have been provided prior. Staff speaks English so it’s not an issue about language barrier affecting communication. Outdoor onsen hours is limited to 7am -10am and indoor onsen was quite small. Affected the overall experience on the property.
