Very friendly staff and accommodating. Nice, clean, and comfortable room and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. Will stay here again!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very well located near Gion a 10/15 minute walk from Koyoto station. Reasonable room rate and was booked it last minute. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to use the kettle!

Very freindly staff. Big room and well set out with all you need. Only point to note is this hotel charges fir bottles of water in the rooms. Otherwise a great choice.

Convenient, close to station. Small as usual in Japan, but it was spotless clean. Convenient store just like 2 min walk.

部屋は決して広くは無いが、清潔感がありトイレとお風呂が別々なのが良い。姿見が備えてあるが、向きが悪く使えない。チェックアウトはカードキーをボックスに返すだけで、チェックイン以外スタッフ、宿泊客どなたとも会うことが無かった。高級感は無いが静かで快適だった。

内装、清掃ともキレイでした ワンルームの部屋なような 作りで丁度イイコンパクトさでした

観光地へのアクセスも良く、非常に使い勝手が良かった。観光用には非常に良いと思います。オプションでも、アメニティー等がもう少し充実してるといいかなー。

ノートパソコンを使うようなデスクが無く、ビジネスの出張には向かない。 ベッド、バス、トイレなどのファシリティはキレイで新しく良い。 オプションで付けた朝食が最高でした。

ホテルのロケーションは素晴らしく、お部屋も快適でスタイリッシュで気持ちよく過ごせました。バスタブに自動で湯はりができて便利で驚きました。バスルームに脱衣カゴなどあるといいなと思いました、それと部屋にバゲッジラックがあればさらに便利です。 あとは、朝食の豪華さに驚きました。できたての朝食をカウンターで食べられるのはすごく良かったです。機会があればまた泊まりに行きたいと思います。
