The capsule room is okay, the bathroom, locker & WiFi are okay. It's good to have an astronaut-like experience, sleeping in a capsule.

For capsule rooms, the AC room is too cold, the room temperature cannot be warmed, for those who are not strong in cold, it is not recommended to stay here.

Cheap, comfortable, clean, tidy, and the staff is super friendly. Thank you, if you go to Surabaya, when else do you have to stay here.

This is the second time. But why not like before? It used to be clean, now how come the toilet is dirty, water is everywhere and the blanket smells really bad. No soap, brush and toothpaste either.

Buat yang single traveling dan butuh tempat buat transit atau sekedar istirahat, di sini bisa di pilih, dengan budget yang ramah kantong dan deket dengan terminal Purabaya - Bungurasih maupun Bandara Juanda, layanan standar kamar sudah ada (handuk + sabun + shampoo), untuk sikat + pasta gigi anda harus bawa sendiri, kamar nya cukup nyaman (kadang ac nya terlalu dingin), wifi kencang, deket Alfamart dan atm BCA, selamat mencoba.

The check-in process is easy, fast & easy.

Very close to the bus terminal, only a 3 minute walk to arrive so it's not hard to find transport anymore. Next to it, there is also an Alfamart. The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms too, can have hot/cold water, complete. Very suitable for those who want to stay while just transiting. The capsule room is really comfortable, it makes you feel at home sleeping there haha. The price is also affordable with complete facilities, it's worth it.

First time untuk stay di miko capsule hotel, pelayanannya ramah, dari mulai check in sampai proses check out, saya suka untuk toiletnya karena kebersihan terjaga, dan juga fasilitas yang disediakan sangat cukup ok, reccomend buat temen-temen yang lagi cari hotel bagus, nyaman, enak, tapi budget pas pasan. Cuman yang kurang: channel tv yang kurang lengkap beserta buram dilayar. Selebihnya. Mantap. Buat miko capsule🎉🙏
