The rooms were very clean , amazing breakfast and the kids loved the swimming pool

Very clean room and pool. The water slide stairs could use a good cleaning. The reason for four stars is because the breakfast was not very good (they were running out of alot of items at 8:30am), and our room had a terrible noise all night long. It sounded like someone was banging plates together, but I think it was from the vent above the microwave. It was very very loud.

Lots of space

Don’t hesitate to book a room here. This is our favorite hotel, and home away from home when visiting our children and grandchildren. We’ve now stayed here for a 1 week visit 6 times in the past few years. It’s always friendly, efficient clean and reasonably priced. The breakfasts are great for buffet style and Laslie is always there to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your meal. Evening popcorn fills the lobby with a homie fragrance while you grab a bag or two as you head to the room. And the pool area is second to none, especially for little ones like our 3 grandchildren. Thanks to all the staff who make this hotel the perfect stop on the road.

This will now be my go to hotel whenever I goto Medicine Hat, it was our first time here, we normally stay at the lodge but it has gone downhill. The pool was fantastic for kids. The breakfast was amazing!! Much better than the usual continental breakfasts you get else where. Manager was really friendly. The 2 ladies we dealt with at during breakfast were sooo friendly just absolutely amazing. We dealt with multiple people at the front desk. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. The cleaners were nice as well!! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The suprise of the lemonade/iced tea when you enter the lobby was a nice touch. Room was a nice layout, clean, and spacious.

I forgot to ask for room on quiet side of building but that was my fault. Hotel staff was very friendly. Thank you
