The room was decent, had very poor lighting. The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great! I guess by mistake the staff through out one of my wifes sandles which was in these long socks that were also thrown out.

Staff was amazing, not the resort fault, but bands were playing till 3 AM on the beach and we couldn’t sleep

We booked our rooms online since it was cheaper booking online. But receptionist stated she could see our booking but we had to wait 40 minutes for the booking to get loaded on her end.

They didn’t respect the price I had to pay 60 dls more supposedly because it was a two beds room. When I reserved the room at the beginning I clicked for two beds room. I explained to them. They didn’t care

Clean room good staff

I only stayed here because I saw that the hotel has a gym. Unfortunately the gym is only open 8am to 5pm and not available to working people. Please enable guests to unlock the gym with their key card like other hotels do. And please advertise that the hours are restricted so people know not to stay there

Just a little noisy some mornings

My husband and I went on a birthday trip, the reception employees weren’t very friendly. However check in was smooth. First thing we noticed once in our room was that it felt dirty…. There was sand on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. As long as you leave the AC on you won’t hear any outside noise.

Rooom: water damage . There was water on rhe floor. We could not figure out from where it was caming from. There was a thunderstorm but everything was closed. There were other familiy members staying in other hotel but they were not allowed by their security to enter the bar to join us or walk along side with us even though the beach connected both hotels. I recomend staying in hotel las flores they gave us excelent service regarless we were not staying there. I would not recomend or go back to gaviana resort.

Friendly and helpful staff. Right on the beach with great views

This has direct access to the beach with a great view. The service is great with a bar by the pool. They will even serve you on the beach side when you are relaxing by the provided areas with the chairs and shade. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. The Malecon is like a 4 min walk away from the hotel. There are iguanas that hang by the pool which I really enjoyed but if you don't be warned. Overall can't complain on the price I paid and the amenities offered.
