We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is great - close enough for a quick drive into town or for the Cloud Forest Reserve, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite was spacious for a family of four, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the sunset views from the upstairs patio. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.

Overall stay was decent. Rooms are in OK condition. Initial room had a lot of issues, but the staff were very accommodating and relocated us to a much more suitable option. Breakfast was great and made to order.

Secure parking with a locked gate.. breakfast was decent.. rooms were clean and airy.

We loved it here. Room was cleaned, and sheets and towels replaced daily. The staff was always smiling and so accommodating. I took a tumble on a hike and hurt my knee. When I told the front desk what happened and asked for ice, he gave me two ice packs instead of cubes, which was great! Parking was in a secure lot on site so no worries there.

Room was clean, breakfast was good - with several choices. They helped us book a couple last minute hikes when we arrived. We were only there 2 nights with both being pretty windy. It was a bit noisy during the heavy wind gusts. The deck with view of water was nice.

Such a cool place. Simple, safe, clean, and with everything you need. Weird there was a coffee maker with no coffee, but we found some in the lobby.

The location is away from the more populated area of Monteverde but close enough to drive to restaurants and activities in a short amount of time. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming. You placed your breakfast order the day prior. The amount of food and quality was excellent. The gated parking was plentiful in the lot outside the reception area. There were a few issues, some outside the control (weather related) of the staff. There were high winds during our stay and the power went out in the middle of the night. Backup generators came on and safety lights inside the room were illuminated but there was an incessant beeping coming from somewhere that lasted from 3am until we checked out. The wi-fi stopped working as well due to the power outage. Also, as we had come to expect anywhere in Costa Rica, there were ants inside the room but not so many that were an issue.

Amazing stay. The staff go above and beyond with graciousness and kindness. Highly recommended for location, room and breakfast.

We booked 2 bedroom, kitchen. Nice place and had overall good breakfast with granola, yogurt, fresh juice and fruits. This is property is slightly inside but you can walk to near by super market for any needs. Also gas station is nearby. No dining options unless you drive to Monteverde city town which is about 2 km. The highlight was sunset. You can watch beautiful sunset from outside of your room and it was extremely beautiful.

This hotel was great for our stay in Monteverde. It was a bit removed from the middle of town but close enough. Our tours were only 10-20 mins drive away. Staff were incredibly helpful and even improvised breakfast for a day we had a very early start.
