Fairly grotty apartment. When I arrived it smelt absolutely disgusting. I asked several times for it to be cleaned and sorted - but despite mild efforts from the cleaning team this didn’t happen. The smell was so bad that I couldn’t stay there during the day. Flat very tired and needs updating. Very expensive.

Apartment was nice cost about 50 euros taxi to and from airport, security could be a lot better on apartment door. The thing that let these apartments down is there is an alley that runs along the side which is used by homeless taking drugs they didn’t bother us but would have been a problem if staying on lower ground on the right, it’s such a shame but it’s everywhere in Dublin like most places around the world even seen homeless injecting themselves in walk ways in O’Connell Street so I guess it doesn’t matter where abouts you are staying not nice explaining to my 9 year old what they were doing when in full view of you need more police on the streets

Very nice apartment. They were quite late sending me the email with entry details and have no facility to store bags if the apt is not ready.

Ground floor apartment- Had no issues with the inside of the apartment or the service - the key safe is great and means even as a group of friends we do not need to worry about a key as it never leaves the building!! However i would say that the windows in the bedroom do lead on to "swan alley" and people should be careful not to leave items on the windowsills in the bedrooms and windows open (as they can be fully opened) and this alley is a gathering point for the less fortunate... Also be prepared to be asked for money/cigarettes/lighters from people passing the exterior door to outside (has bars across it, door just to allow air in etc) as it leads directly onto the road.
