The beds were awful!!! They roll to the middle of the mattress and no boxspring so very low to ground.

Incredible value for the junior suite! Bed was great and the place was super clean. The reception ladies were awesome too!

We really enjoyed our overnight at the LeChateau hotel. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again!

Staff were so friendly. There was a book library where you could take any books you wanted too. There’s a cat named Mushy who lives in the hotel. Best thing ever !

Clean, quiet. Didn't get the requested wake up call. Luckily had cell phone set as backup.

This hotel has an older charm to it at the entry as well as a newer modern look in the suites. The jr suite is HUGE. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate that the prices are way more reasonable than the other hotels in town.

Their rooms were great and clean! Their lobby cat, Ghost, is the most adorable ever! The staff was so very kind to allow me to pet him and say good bye. He made my stay, I'll miss him. Might have to visit Camrose again just to say hi to him, lol! Overall great place to stay at!

The staff/management were unreal and very accomadating. A renovated establishment but done quite nicely. Would definitely stay here again in future travels.

Booked on seeing a pic of renovated room online and assumed the entire hotel was modernized. Front desk staff very friendly/ helpful- no complaints. Room was as pictured - modern, no carpet. Bathroom was so small you had to stand in the tub to close the door- perhaps a barn door over the entire sink/ bathroom would have been better eliminating the need for a swing door. The smell of damp mildew / smoke throughout from the very old carpet in the remainder of the hotel was however overpowering- hurt throat - had to leave window in room open as big as it would go to breathe and could still smell it. Running the heating unit only made things worse. Wouldn’t stay again unless further Reno’s were done to remove all the old carpeting/ odors.
