We are sorry for any inconvenience that may have affected your experience. Regarding housekeeping, we would like to clarify: our staff cleans the rooms daily for all guests staying at our hotel, except in cases where you have hung a “Do Not Disturb” sign or indicated that you do not require housekeeping. The hotel does not have a policy of cleaning every other day, and there is no notice of cleaning every two days. We hope that you feel comfortable asking for assistance from our staff, instead of having to handle it yourself, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
Regarding breakfast service, the hotel currently offers two room rates: including breakfast and not including breakfast. During the booking process, you have selected the price without breakfast – this price is clearly displayed and has a lower cost. However, our restaurant is always ready to serve you with a diverse a la carte menu, applicable to both guests with and without breakfast in the room package.
