The view of the lake was magnificent. However, although there was a hotel terrace overlooking the lake, it was very bare - not a plant in sight. Very unloved and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. One waiter threw the bottletop from a beer bottle over the wall onto the lake shoreline every time he served a beer😳. There was some small building works and a waiter was pushing the wheelbarrow to help, and they then tipped the dirt rubble over the wall onto the side of the lake! No care for the environment. Our room was large but very basic and old fashioned. On the plus side, reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Right on the lakeside, good menu & drink options nice breakfast

The property was quiet and nice and the rooms were clean. Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel.

Very attentive staff, lovely breakfast and a room upgrade as a smoker had obviously occupied our non smoking room previously. We recommend Ramada.

Beautiful hotel right on the lake. Staff professional and attentive. Rooms spotless. Bed comfortable. Rooms modern. Only found pillows to be lumpy and hard but we were very very happy with our stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel The hotel is great ,in a nice location,super nice room , staff were all friendly and helpful ,I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Van Turkey

Beds super comfortable. Clean. Amazing view. Would stay again. Food at the restaurant, wasn't that great, but we didn't stay at the hotel for the food.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. The AC worked well and I was always able to find parking outside. The breakfast is excellent, just remember that it ends at 10, not 11. I would definitely come back.

Great hotel in Van. After staying in old, stone rooms in Sanliurfa, Mardin and Midyat, it was almost like coming back to civilization being in this hotel lol. Nice, clean and modern. We were given a room on the top floor with a view of the lake. I have to say I was a little concerned about music when I saw staff setting up for a wedding downstairs but it ended at 10 pm. Breakfast was good. We were asked to wear gloves when getting food… (we had masks on already). I have to say that I didn’t really understand it as there were people serving themselves that didn’t even have a mask on! It didn’t make sense to me. There was only 1 English channel on tv. All other hotels we stayed in offered multiple channels in English.

This hotel is great for a relaxıng stay rıght ın the shores of Lake Van. I had a water vıew and the sound of the waves and the call of the seagulls gave the ımpressıon that it was the sea rather than a lake- so so relaxing. I enjoyed an excellent breakfast both mornings.The staff were outstanding- frıendly, helpful and organısed.They have put ın place all covid-19 precautıons.

Best hotel to stay in Van - absolutely best view of the lake and away from the loud city. The buffet breakfast was amazing and full COVID security in place

I can't think of a single thing that would make me rate this hotel as less than a perfect 10. Room was great, service amazing and the breakfast out of this world.

i dont know why the windows can not be opened, but we felt like we are in prison. staff was really ok. thanks to all. it was clean.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel, it was very clean, check in and check out was a pleasant experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. One of the best hotel that I’ve experienced. Big plus was the breakfast, very authentic to the region and absolutely delicious and the view of the volcanic mountain and Lake Van was spectacular while you sip your coffee from the balcony view. Will definitely stay again! Thanks Van Ramada!
