Rooms were small but adequate but pillow were awful comfy beds no free water always a let down

Small cozy hotel with great helpful and friendly staff. Good basic breakfast. Fresh towels, clean and comfy bed. Excellent location, 3min away from bus stop to Palma and airport. Very close to the beach and shops. Downside is cleaning, very unclean floor in the room and bathroom, as well as hallway. No kettle and hairdryer, however rooms have mini fridge. Soundproofing is really bad between rooms and hallway.

Great place

I didn't like the entire bathroom was INSIDE of the shower. Literally can get the entire toilet seat wet. Also, 2 twin beds were pushed together and kept separating. We had an infant sleeping in the middle so it wasn't safe at all.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach, but none of the rooms have a direct view to the ocean. The building is rather small and the bedroom where I stayed was also pretty small. In terms of the quality of the infrastructure and overall ambiance, I think it could be a 4-star hotel, however, the small size was a bit different than I was expecting. The service is excellent and the staff really go their way to help you. They speak several languages and they had good biosecurity measures during the pandemic.

Waren schon das 3. Mal im Hotel. Immer wieder schön. Sehr familiär geführt. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Frühstück sehr frisch und abwechslungsreich. Kaffee wir frisch zubereitet und zum Platz gebracht. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentrale Lage.

Hôtel confortable est correct pour. La piscine est plus un grand back qu’une piscine. Le petit déjeuné est servi trop tard. À partir de 8h C’est pour les gens qui sont en vacances mais pas pour ceux qui travaillent
