We LOVED this hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was fantastic! Be aware that there is no eating area- they bring it to you as room service at the time you determine. We had a small balcony in our room, and ate each morning on that balcony that had a view of the Eiffel Tower. (Poor us! :) One of the best amenities is the roof top terrace. You can watch the Tower sparkle at 11:00 PM from there each night. Places to eat are just a few steps away - our favorite was Le Bosquet- a 2 min walk - don't miss their happy hour! The Tower is 6 minutes away - and most other sites are a 20-30 minute walk. And it is a secure hotel - you need your key to enter. If you like boutique hotels, this one sparkles!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time while we were staying; all the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, except for housekeeping. We ran out of body soap during our stay.

Very nice boutique hotel appears to be recently renovated very clean with very friendly staff and very quiet,close to metro with great restaurants nearby walking distance to a lot of attractions Would definitely recommend

Hotel did not have rooftop ashtrays cleaned. Also the rooms were unable to be adjusted any cooler. No circulation from bathroom to bedroom. After showering the entire room was moist and damp

An excellent place to make your home base for Paris exploration. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Hotel des Invalides as well as Metro and Bus stops to venture away from the 7th. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy room and access to the rooftop to take in some views. Note: we did not take advantage of breakfast, but it was a thoughtful offer. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sure to go to the rooftop in the evenings to see the Eiffel Tower all lit up. It was a highlight of our trip to Paris.

The view of the tower was AMAZING! Every staff member we encountered at the front desk was so friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or needs we had. Book it - you won’t regret it.

I liked almost everything about the place. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was only one bottle of water every day 😆

The staff were incredible. We had a leak in our shower, it was fixed so fast. They were very nice, fun to talk to, and always willing to help. This hotel is an absolute gem in Paris. If you want to stay south of the River Seine stay here. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy,...etc. We are already planning our return next year, and we will definitely book the Rayz Eiffel Hotel.
