Patricia on check in was superb and so helpful/ welcoming. Lovely little place and great location.

Room and areas were extremely clean and staff very friendly. The b ach is just round the corner and they have a lovely rooftop with sunbeds, jacuzzi, sitting areas and bar. Great place to stay.

The room we stayed in was small, but outside area was great. Patri at the check in was wonderful. However we wanted to go upstairs for a drink and the lady there was rude, saying all the tables were reserved, when we said we'd stand she said she only had beer, it was clear she didnt want us there. Great location amongst thd shopping streets. But the breakfast was expensive and not very extensive. Mostly cold breakfast.

Checked out this morning, what a beautiful hotel, fabulous welcome when we arrived. Hotel very clean throughout, breakfast was good. Lovely seating area outside on the roof terrace on the 4th floor. Hotel Situation in a shopping lane, predestination area. Parking was available near the beach for €3.35 for 6 hours. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back..

Lovely room, friendly staff & breakfast buffet was great

Reception and restaurant staff were lovely. But the suite was tiny, and the AC was set at 28 degrees. Unbearable stuffy. And getting to the property was painful. Drop off the bags on a street, then go find a parking station, then walk a km back...then drag bags to the hotel. Also the photos make it look like it is beachfront. It is nowhere near the beach. Restaurant food was good which was a positive. I would not stay there again

Always a lovely place to stay our third time now.

The standard of service was outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful, from arrival and help with the luggage through to advice on restaurants and a special surprise for the birthday we were celebrating. We enjoyed a room/suite with a very large private terrace, hot tub and loungers to enjoy an uninterrupted sea view. The one downside is the absence of on-site parking, but inexpensive public paid parking is within about five minutes' walk and payment can be extended via a convenient App. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending this hotel, which is right in the centre of all the restaurants and shops, but is also very peaceful. We hope to return before too long.

The hotel was lovely and the receptionist could not have been more helpful or friendly. It was well positioned close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

A brilliant service which really makes all the difference!! The people working here show they love it and it shows. The rooms are very spacious, so clean you would get reflected on the floor and the sunroof terrace is a must for having a drink while watching the sun set on the sea. My warmest thanks to all the staff. I most definitely will be seeing you again.

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful, boutique hostal, although we think of it as a small and perfectly formed hotel. It is at the heart of the old town on a road with lots of nice eateries which makes it really easy to find a good place to eat either for lunch or dinner. It is also a short walk to the beautiful Los Bateles beach, five minutes down the hill and across the road. The hotel is spotless and feels airy and modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard double and we found it bright, very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. There is a lovely terrace with fantastic views of the beach and sea, a lovely place for an evening drink. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
