Saya sudah booking dan bayar lewat aplikasi dapat kamar standar harga 230 ribu, tapi pada saat mau check in, kata petugas kamar standar habis, mana jam 12 malam, dan kalau mau nginep harus bayar lagi 140 ribu, bener-bener tidak punya tanggung jawab, dan saya tidak tau harus kemana, karena saya juga pendatang pertama kali, terpaksa saya harus bayar tambahan supaya bisa nginep, untuk yang belum terlanjur harap hati-hati.

Ukuran kamar sangat luas karena saya pesan yang Family Room, Ac dingin, pilihan channel TV juga banyak, staff di reception sangat baik & ramah, lokasi hotel lumayan dekat ke city center, tapi tidak bisa berjalan kaki tetap butuh kendaraan. Tapi sayang kamar mandi kotor, seperti tidak dibersihkan setelah dipakai oleh tamu sebelumnya. Mau komplain tapi kita sampainya sudah malam, dan hanya untuk transit saja.

Nice room, nice bathroom, close to Loke city center. Hokemawe, right behind the Baiturrahman Mosque, but there is one drawback. Maybe the officers forgot to spray the mosquitoes, so sleep was disturbed because of the many mosquitoes.
