For a low budget hotel, it’s considered very nice. Everything’s working, no bad smell, room space was huge for our last day in Hanoi to repack our luggage. Location is very close (walkable) to a street with many restaurants, and also close to Lotte Department Center (not Lotte World Tay Ho). Grab to Lotte is also always discounted (around 20k VND only, hotel to Lotte). So you can do your last minute shopping there, and go to airport (30 mins to airport).

Very good hotel experience, friendly staff

The hotel is clean, the price is not too high. 3 stars, enthusiastic staff. The only problem is that everyone who books must pay attention to rent for 2 hours / day, not 24 hours. And there is no refund. The hotel supports changing from 2 hours to 24 hours, so it is about 600k to 650k.

The hotel is located in an alley, inconvenient to drag suitcases + no mineral water, only a mini bar in the fridge, a terrible experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was even a cute good night card. But the room was not very soundproof. That day, the room next door was watching tiktok while I was sleeping and I could hear it quite clearly =)))

The rooms are very clean, the location is not too far from tourist attractions, you can take an electric taxi to the tourist attractions for about 30~60k. The room price is reasonable, the hotel is in a very quiet alley.

I have never felt so frustrated booking a room like this, booked the wrong price, when I arrived at the hotel in the first 2 hours, the staff said there were no more rooms in the class like the one I booked. If I stayed overnight, I would have to pay extra for a higher room class, otherwise I would have to rebook on the room price chart for the class, the whole hotel only had 1 receptionist and no parking. The room was not nice and not worth the money. The experience was too bad, especially the attitude, so everyone should consider before booking.

The price on the app and at the hotel is not clear. The bathroom lacks toiletries (toothbrush), the shower is broken, the floor is dirty, the room does not have a phone to call the receptionist, why do you have to go down to the counter? The room price is not suitable.

The room is very good, the staff is very friendly, actively supporting the guests' arising matters. I am very satisfied when staying here.
