The location is very close to the places I wanted, such as Chengwoh and souvenir shops. The food is also delicious with friendly prices. If possible, I will stay there again.

Good location and budget, worth it

The location is strategic: there's a food court in front, a 24-hour minimarket, the Blue Mansion tourist attraction, the Toh Soon Cafe, the popular breakfast spot, Beryl's, cendol, and Hard Rock. It's easy to walk everywhere.

Everything was fine! I will come back to Penang and already planned to stay here again. The only minus was that the room wasn’t really sound proof, so I could hear other room’s bathroom noises and morning alarms.

The room isn't very elderly-friendly because the suitcase is simply placed on the floor, making it difficult to get clothes out of it. A small table should be built to hold the suitcase and additional hangers should be added.

The hotel is located 5-10' walk from the tourist shopping and dining areas. The room was small and had a useless window. It opens to the wall of the next building/corridor. It's very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast didn't have many items, but was more than enough and very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
