First class beachfront hotel with excellent food and friendly service

Brilliant destination and hotel is perfected located with access to main attractions and beach. Was disappointed we were not advised it was Ramadan when booking. Made daytime very limited in activities. Still enjoyed a superb stay nonetheless.

Stunning property. Staff were incredibly helpful. Was nervous before arriving based on some of the reviews related to noise but slept brilliantly. No complaints.

Very beautiful property

The staff are totally amazing, so friendly and so attentive. The housekeeping team were first class and our room was always spotless when we returned each afternoon. There is a choice of restaurants although not extensive and the food is excellent. Bar prices are very expensive....so be warned

Such a brilliant and nicely decorated hotel

The whole vibe of this hotel was fantastic and it had the most amazing and helpful staff in every part of the hotel. Simply faultless.

Great stay and service from start to finish. All the staff were helpful and the room was modern and absolutely fantastic. The gym and suana are truely above par for a hotel. The outside wet deck and pool area is lovely to relax in and just admire the design and layout of the property.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful stuff. Modern interiors amd comfortable beds. Walking distance to the Royal Opera House

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-nights stay at W Muscat. The reason we choose this hotel is it's closeness to Royal Opera House and good reviews. We've experienced ourselves a very good service from all the stuff members, especially Joel - the maneger of the front desk, Saddam - the manager at the restaurant and many other people who made our stay fantastic! Also, the amenities and decorations are very modern and appealing. We definitely want to come back one day.

Service was excellent and check in was fast. The location is close to the beach and eateries. Very central. Faith, Daniela and team as well as the team made our trip memorable. We were surprised with cupcakes, basket of fruits among others. There was a good spread at breakfast. Mithaa and Nasir made the time at breakfast pleasant with their help at making us super comfortable.

Great hotel staff very helpful and caring The only issue, It was very noisy as they were holding a party on the top floor by the infinity pool And did not inform the hotel guests

Interesting hotel well located with direct beach access. Good pool for families (shallow for adults). Not busy when we were there so no issues getting spot by pool. Young adults prohibited from signature restaurant which is a shame - hotel happy to bill them as adults but not let them use all the facilities. Not coeliac (gluten free) friendly unfortunealy.

Great hotel to stay in with beautiful view of the ocean and access to the beach.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! From beginning until the very end, I had the nicest stay. Staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful- particularly Mahel, Batu and the concierge team! Food options were great and of good quality. Atmosphere was relaxing but also had a good balance over the weekend, with the pool and living room parties- a vibe! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids and extensive, the public beach access is direct onto a very popular friendly beach. A huge variety of eats available around the hotel in a very nice part of Muscat next to Opera House and the quality of food available at the hotel restaurants was in my experience very pleasing. I fell in love with Oman and the staff/ hotel have made it very easy to return.
