Good location and nice room, only the bathroom lights are a bit dim and the wifi is not very good

The hotel is quite clean, near Coban Rondo waterfall, there is hot water.

After trying out the cabin below, I definitely prefer this one, it's more spacious and the parking area is safe.

The hotel staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. They helped forward the booking to Traveloka when we made a double booking mistake, ensuring we didn't incur any deductions. Free waterfall, archery, and pantball tickets. The rooms and surroundings are comfortable, with ample parking. And of course, the rental rates are cheap and affordable. Coban Rondo Palawi Resort is highly recommended.

It's really worth it because there's free access to Coban Rondo too. The staff are friendly, the only downside is that they were still smoking while serving guests for check-in. The room is clean, spacious, and there's no problem with the hot water. Breakfast includes a box of rice which is pretty good for that price. I can definitely make it a regular to stay here again if I go on holiday to Malang :). Please don't smoke in the future, Mr. Receptionist :"(

We didn't expect to extend our stay here for 2 days, because we initially underestimated it, thinking the facilities were just like a regular cabin. It turned out that when we first arrived, the room was neat, fragrant, and clean, standard hotel standards in general. It's a perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, a perfect alternative for campers who miss the natural atmosphere but are lazy to prepare their gear. Here you get everything, a decent room and decent food. What stands out is the extraordinary service of the staff. Our sandals were 'lost' and they really tried to find them and found them! It's truly an extraordinary effort, we really appreciate it. Thank you very much ❤️

Initially just looking around at Palawi Resort. Because it was still Friday so it wasn't too crowded. The atmosphere was calm, finally booked 2 Rasamala type rooms via traveloka. The location is near the Coban Rondo tourist attraction. The place is cool, the price is okay, the staff is friendly, the food is okay. The hot water works well, overall comfortable. only the curtains are not very clean. Suggestion: it's time to wash the curtains, the paint on the outside walls of the room might be better repainted so that it looks more attractive.

Nice, comfortable, clean, quiet stay here, will definitely come back here again if I go on holiday to Batu 🤗

Service and facilities are okay, but the food is not very varied.

The bed was so dusty that my son started coughing after coming home.

Service is ok, the place is clean, comfortable, safe, not noisy, cool, spacious and the price is also friendly. 2 days staying here is very satisfying. I got it at gmelina, palawi resort minus 1 there is no AC wkwk, indeed the place is already cool only when I stayed during the day it felt a little hot. Because I usually use AC hehe. Overall recommend 👍

Alhamdulillah the hotel is really peaceful, suitable for those who want to relieve fatigue without the noise of vehicles... really makes it very comfortable 🫶 God willing, next time I will bring my family here again thank you for the good service 🙏
