The air conditioner is not cold at all and not clean enough.

I booked 2 double beds 1 night because of my transit. The receptionist isn't like the other Oyo Hotels. Like boarding guards in general. No greetings at all. Smg get room number 1 and 7. When opening the room, I really want to move the hotel, I'm just sorry for my mother who was tired. 1. The duvet and sheet are dirty ... please use and sorry, like the former sp * rm * spot (based on the experience of more than 12 years of work in the hotel, 5 years as a room attendant), very embarrassing, especially the cushion pillow bed and the bed runner says oyo. 2. The floor of the room like never cleaned ... dirty skli ... yeah ji2k without using sandals. 3. The room was pretty good, but the water was very small, lots of cockroaches, ants and cobwebs. The TV isn't working yet.

Second experience staying here. very bad ... passive staff is not friendly, enter the room not according to the standard oyo, even drinking is not provided, there is only dirty water jug ... The location of this inn is very strategic because it is located in the city center so access to culinary and shopping centers is very easy to reach. Its location which is not close to the highway also makes this place more comfortable than vehicle noise. The room is also quite spacious with additional facilities such as a cupboard and a very good desk. However, managers also need to improve other facilities provided. The air conditioner provided does not feel cold. The shower was very small and the bathroom smelled and was poorly maintained. The toilet left a disgusting yellow crust. Parking is not too broad so it is rather difficult for those who bring vehicles. However, it is all very appropriate when looking at the price of room rent.

The location is suitable for resting after traveling in Kupang, the location is far from the hustle area, the atmosphere is calm like in an ordinary settlement, but not far too with access to shops, places to eat and supermarkets.

The service is very good but great.

The room and bathroom are clean, fragrant. The parking lot can fit 5 cars and motorbikes, there is a clothes drying area. The receptionist was very kind. The entrance location to a small road (not the main highway) so the atmosphere is calm. But on the main highway there is a supermarket, food stalls with many choices.
