First staycation and at Hotel Bigland, it was very memorable. The facilities are complete, breakfast is delicious, there are kids' activities, received a free anniversary cupcake compliment, love it, want to come back here later if there's budget haha. Staff are friendly, complained because the blanket had a food stain, they responded quickly. But there's a bummer, requested a mountain view but the mountain didn't want to be seen haha. Overall everything is good, I like it ❤️

A fairly strategic hotel. They also have Starbucks menus, which is cool. The rooms are spacious, with windows that open, and the bathrooms are clean, and it's worth the price, especially if you book through the app.

Separate check-in between fully paid application or walk-in pay after check-out. If already fully paid before check-in, the process you need to improve and make it easier.

Parking access requires e-money. This was a bit annoying. Yesterday I didn't have e-money with me, but the friendly staff immediately showed me to the parking area outside. It's secure and secure. If you want to request mirror art, you have to chat with the hotel again. I actually already requested it through the app, but the hotel couldn't read it, so I had to chat again five days in advance. Thankfully, the staff was kind. I wasn't supposed to get mirror art because it was sold out, but they made a makeshift one, and it was quite satisfying. Overall, the place is very comfortable. I just want to share a little experience: the room I was given had a connecting door, so it wasn't soundproof at all. You could hear people in other rooms laughing, coughing, etc. Then, for some reason, at 1:15 AM, someone rang my doorbell. I briefly heard it say cleaning service. But strangely it was only one bell and I didn't respond, he didn't say anything else because I was afraid it wasn't someone lol.. But maybe there was another room that called the OB and he pressed the wrong bell. But strangely after that I didn't hear any more sound in the silence of the night, even the sound of him pressing the bell of another room couldn't be heard.. But my family and I really enjoyed the facilities there, it was very comfortable and we slept soundly.

Stayed in a suite with a balcony. Spacious and all facilities function well. Amenities are provided one set, but you can request another set depending on the number of guests staying. Snacks and drinking water are free in the room. Kids-friendly, lots of activities for children, but unfortunately the swimming pool is small. There is a wide variety of food, but I think it needs to be improved. Thanks Bigland!
