Unfriendly service, dirty and smelly rooms.

The staff asked for additional hotel prices that were more expensive than those listed in the application, the hotel rooms were dirty and smelly.

The price does not match the application by paying on the spot.

Was given a room that did not match the picture, in room 301 there was no remote tv and ac.

The service is not friendly and the bathroom smells. No trash can in the room. Very bad.

The condition does not match the promotional photos, it is not clean. The air conditioner is not cold enough and the bathroom smells bad. Already booked and paid for the hotel without seeing the response and experience of staying at this hotel. Hopefully the hotel owner is more concerned and considerate. Smelly hotel room. Especially the bathroom. The perfume still smells bad. Closed, the floor, even the sink turned yellow. Makes vomit. Not recommended anyway. That's how it was when I checked in for the first time when I said yesterday through a travel agent, uh, when I said it, I couldn't do it for 4 people when I found out that my group was 4 people. He thought I only ordered 1 room. Even though I ordered 2 rooms! I didn't ask first, I just jumped right in. It seems that the one who sticks out is the hotel owner himself. This is not a 2 star hotel. It's an inn.

The hotel is dirty and dirty. The bathroom was never brushed and couldn't brush and toothpaste. Room lots of mosquitoes and even flies. The receptionist is unfriendly and impolite. Very disappointing dirty rooms and very bad service.

Pelayanan tidak memuaskan. Reseptionist tidak mengetahui berapa lama kami memesan kamar. Sehingga baru semalam kami menginap mereka menyarankan segera cekout. Padahal kami pesan 2 malam. Fasilitas air hangat mati. Tidak disediakan remot AC sehingga tidak bisa mengontrol suhu ruangan, membuat kami benar-benar kedinginan jika AC dihidupkan. Dan kepanasan kalau AC mati. Kasur sangat keras, tidak nyaman untuk tidur. Satu lagi, ada aroma tidak enak yang berasal dari kolam ikan bawah kamar. Ini adalah hotel yang paling buruk yang pernah saya kunjungi!

Ruangan kotor, ada bekas putung rokok tidak dibersihkan, kamar mandi mampet, kloset WC jorok tidak dibersihkan.
