The towel given was really bad, it didn't absorb water. Bute-ke again.

It was a different experience from any other hotel I've been to. And there've been a few We had no towels, no toilet paper and huge ants in the bathroom. They also didn't offer any help planning our trip further, even calling a taxi was eventually settled by the girl from the next door restaurant. The staff spoke next to no English. The room was shabby. On a positive note, they gave us a room to change when we arrived early before check-in from another city and kept our luggage after locals requesting this service on our behalf. Though they did put it in an unguarded area when we where gone, so that also didn't help towards a secure feeling. Wouldn't recommend.

Overall it's okay but there is 1 experience that I think is bad service about the employee who may be new there and does not understand the rules of extending stay. Until the evening I was asked to pay for the extension even though it was only 1 am and another employee said that it would be okay to pay for the extension later during check-in time. Until being rude. But overall I like it. Can join the live music at ZARA cafe. Thank d pavilion. Next year I will stay there again.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The toilet seat was chipped and needed to be replaced (105).

It's quite fun for a family vacation.

Quite close to the city center, comfortable bedroom. The bathroom is also clean. The AC is not broken but it seems to be set to turn on for a while then turn off then turn on again. If possible, provide coffee/tea sachets outside so that when you want to make a drink, you can just make it. Overall, it's quite good. Thank you...

The hotel room is very not soundproof, all kinds of vehicles passing around the hotel sound is only filtered 10%, the strategic location actually backfires because it is difficult to sleep with all the noise outside. The smell of cooking from the restaurant below also enters the room, so the window of this room is very loose, both smell and sound can easily enter. Many room accessories are broken, if not fixed at least please remove them so that it doesn't look shabby. The quality of the bed is also very poor, just a little movement feels like an earthquake and the mattress is not firm enough. The glasses in the room are dusty, maybe they haven't been occupied for a long time, there are no bathroom equipment, only towels.

Friendly service. A water dispenser is provided. Ordinary room. Pillow deflated. Ugly bathroom. An hour before CO, the electricity went off twice.

A little less clean in the bed. Location is close to the city center.

So far dengan harga dan fasilitas worth it. Lokasi strategis.

Kamar mandi kotor, berdebu, ada kecoak di kamar dan yang bikin tambah kecewa hanya karena terlambat check out 3 menit, kena denda 50k. Padahal tidak ada diketentuan dan frontlinernya tidak memberi informasi soal ini. Parah! Tidak recommended.

Tempatnya nyaman, lumayan luas untuk harga ±200k, karena juga lokasinya berada di tengah kota, mau kemanapun jadi deket,

Pelayanannya kurang bagus. Resepsionisnya kurang responsif dan agak lemot diajak ngobrol, jadinya baru masuk kamar jam 2.30 sore. Petugasnya juga kurang solutif, soalnya kemarin ada teman saya yang kekunci di toilet dan yang benerin saya sendiri karena petugasnya lama banget bertindak. Handuknya telat datang, bahkan sampai jam 6.30 juga belum diantar. Bagian restonya juga kurang komunikatif, jadinya ada salah order makanan dan cuek banget waktu ngasih order yang benar. Perbaiki servicenya coba, biar experience occupants berikutnya bisa lebih baik.
