It smells musty and is not as clean as before. The bathroom floor has never been scrubbed, and when it dries, white spots appear from soap foam that was not scrubbed.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The hotel room is clean and spacious, there is a balcony with glass doors, with the rate given it is really worth it, the bed is very comfortable, if I go to Bali, I will definitely stay here again

The hotel staff is very helpful and fast, only the towels are dirty and the floor to the elevator is sometimes not mopped so it is dusty, access is not congested even though it is high season.

It's humid. The hotel doesn't seem to be well maintained. The room is spacious, the bed is big. Then parking the car is difficult. The lobby is closed. At that price, it's not worth it.

All the receptionist staff very friendly, very helpful and very smooth specially after long flights, The room I booked for king size I expect 1 bed king size not 2 twin bed joined because during sleep the bed sometimes separated its self. The swimming pool a bit tired but not a problem because I take my kids out most all day. The gym a bit tired and like abductions is broken. Everything else good I am happy to comeback

It was a great stay at this hotel, we booked for new year, not only easy to access everywhere in seminyak, but also with the balcony I could enjoy my evening, I really felt much more comfortable not feeling just stuck in the room, the wifi worked very fast and good connection, and the best part was the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly

Almost everything is okay. Only the towels need to be replaced because they are already yellow and have lots of spots. One more disturbing thing, there is a possibility of a leaky ceiling with rotten wood above the door. So every time you enter the room the smell is not fresh. Between a musty, musty or damp smell.

The cleanliness of the room floor is lacking, the television is blurry, the bed is quite large, the cleanliness of the swimming pool is lacking, the shower room is not maintained, the pool area is full of fallen leaves and has not been cleaned, the hand shower has little water.
