Okay, okay, close to the city center, but the room is small.

The room is too small, you can't even open your suitcase because the room is so small, you can't even pray because the room is so small, it's not Muslim friendly.

I have to check up once a month, so I choose Sovrano because it is near the hospital and other public places. I used to buy some groceries at Top 100 Grand Batam. You just need five steps to arrive at Grand Batam.

It happened that I stayed during school holidays so the price was high, and I got a small room, it was difficult to pray, and it was hot, the AC didn't feel cold, only the wind could be felt when the fan was turned up, even though for a room that small it should be able to be cold, and the fan in the bathroom had been turned off, it was still hot, hopefully it can be looked into and fixed, even though the location is very strategic, right across from the mall and surrounded by places to eat/culinary

The receptionist staff when I checked in was not very friendly, it was very unfortunate. They should have asked what assistance was needed when the customer arrived. However, the check-in process went well.

Strategic location right across from Grand Batam Mall, many places to eat nearby, clean rooms.

The location is superb, right in front the biggest mall in Batam. And surrounded by many places to eat. Right in the middle of city. The room was a bit small, but for the price range its still good. Especially if you spend all day outside. The one I book is without breakfast, and I don't think they have restaurant for breakfast. But they have shaokao on 2nd floor

The sheets, pillows, bed were dirty, dusty, there was someone's hair, the towels were very dirty, the shower water wasn't hot, the room smelled musty.

The room is quiet small, linen a bit dirty ad the towel a bit yellowish.

The location is strategic, across from Grand Batam, apart from the strategic location, the rest is just so-so, not very soundproof so you can hear babies crying and other things.
