Dirty, not recommended at all to stay. You have to wear sandals at home because the floor is very dirty. Under the mattress there is a lot of rubbish. Cigarette butts under chairs, bathroom.

Kotor, tidak recommended sama sekali untuk tinggal. Musti pakai sendal terus dalam rumah karena sangat kotor lantainya. Dibawah kolong kasur banyak sampah-sampah. Puntung rokok dibawah kursi, kamar mandi.

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamannya, villa ini dihari sebelumnya dipakai tamu lain, pada saat itu ada kendala sistem aplikasi tidak bisa kami tutup untuk diberishkan terlebih dahulu, tamu sudah kami tawarkan pindah ke villa yang ready siap dipakai dan lebih luas & nyaman, namun tidak mau, kami sudah berusaha menawarkan yang terbaik untuk anda. Terima kasih.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this villa was used the previous day by another guest, at that time there was a problem with the application system, we couldn&#39;t close it to clean it first, we offered the guest to move to a villa that was ready to use and more spacious &amp; comfortable, but they didn&#39;t want to, We have tried to offer the best for you. The price is according to the pocket, but unfortunately the hot water doesn't work.

Harga sesuai kantong, tp sayang air panas tidak befungsi.

The inn is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff clerks are very friendly and polite.

Penginapan sangat luas, bersih dan nyaman. Staf pegawai sangat ramah dan sopan.

Hot water can't, the bathroom isn't clean and the tub leaks.

Air panas tidak bisa, kamar mandinya kurang bersih dan bak mandinya bocor.

Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya. Pada saat tamu datang untuk check in, staff kami selalu mengantarkan kuncinya ke villa/kamar ybs sekalian mengontrol apakah fasilitas kamar ada yang bermasalah atau tidak? Dan apabila ternyata ada masalah ditengah jalan, silahkan jangan sungkan-sungkan hubungi ke kantor / WA receptionist kami 24 jam akan datang untuk membetulkannya / pun bila masih tetap bocor, bisa kami pindah ke kamar lain yang masih kosong. Kami tidak akan tahu ada masalah apabila tamu tidak melaporkan permasalahan tsb pada saat itu juga.

Sorry for the inconvenience. When guests come to check in, our staff always deliver the key to the villa / room at all control whether there is a problem with the room facilities or not? And if it turns out there is a problem in the middle of the road, please do not hesitate to contact the office / WA 24-hour receptionist we will come to fix it / even if it still leaks, we can move to another room that is still empty. We will not know there is a problem if the guest does not report the problem at a moment&#39;s notice.
