Many areas need cleaning. The top of the mattress cover is dusty and collects dirt, meaning it hasn't been washed in a long time. I know this is a natural concept, but things like the back of the desk and corners and the toilet need to be cleaned. I smelled rat droppings around the back of the TV, and there were also rat droppings behind the night light near the window. The toilet wasn't clean, with traces of old things that hadn't been cleaned. The food was decent, although the menu was limited and not buffet style. I liked the unique concept. Please improve the cleanliness. Oh yeah, the receptionist wasn't always there, and I called number 0 and they didn't answer.
