The service is bad, the information is also incomplete, the receptionist is not friendly.

I didn't know that OYO regulation will keep guest ID card during their stay. The reception ask my ID card and will keep it until my check out. I mean. Please, the starred hotel even don't do that for their client. You can copy or make a photos of ID but keep it during the stay was ridiculous. The stay is not really clean (few strain in bedcover and OYO cushion) and the facility not that good. The AC not really cold even it already 16°. And I accidentally broke the shower pipe and pay for 80K. Its okay because maybe its my bad, but you should try all the stuff before you decide to choose their room. I think its already have a crack, and I just make it more broken. Overall, there not really good stay hope the owner can improve the service near the future.

Disappointed and canceled the stay because they were asked for additional tax services beyond the application price.

Can’t go out at midnight, hotel door is locked, we can’t go to our car to get stuff, you can’t order food from outsite, rude receptionist, unmanage hotel. Not recommended to anyone.

The water is small, the air conditioner is not cold, there is a curfew the limit can go out at 12 at night.

Entering the homestay is not 24 hours and can not go out 24 hours.

Pretty good for a cheap price hotel.

There is no footwear and the bathroom door is also broken and can't close.

Awalnya agak susah nyari hotelnya karena tulisan oyonya ada di dalam kafe nya bukan di luar jadi kurang keliatan bagi saya yang tidak tau wilayah medan, pelayanannya sangat baik mas-mas yang namanya Joko sangat ramah dan informatif kepada costumer. Kamarnya bersih dan luas ada lemari juga, showernya ada air hangat dan air dingin nya. Dikasih pasta gigi dan sikat gigi juga. AC nya dingin, tv nya menyala dengan baik dan semuanya baik untuk harga segitu dan untuk tempat berlabel oyo sangat worth to try.

air mineral tidak ada..batas tamu masuk jam 1 malam..

The AC is not too cold, the mattress is uncomfortable, the water comes out small and sometimes it doesn't come out at all.

The hotel is good there is a cafe that is not difficult to find food, the menus are many and it tastes good, but the food orders take a long time to arrive, safe, clean, the staff are friendly and kind but the air conditioner is not cold maybe long or rarely serviced, the rest okay.

The staff value of 10, friendly-friendly but for the room the door was split in from the outside so it was not comfortable, used toothbrushes, clogged water, the AC was not cold, the hot water didn't work and the room was dusty.

Betah in room, comfortable, spacious. like at home.
