Good, the villa is decent, fits the budget, the hot water doesn't stay hot for long.

The hot water doesn't work. It's noisy because there's a billiards area behind it.

The villa is OK, but needs to add AC and repair some of the facilities that are starting to deteriorate.

Unfortunately the gallon dispenser leaked, so it flooded.

At first arrival the villa smelled good but for the kitchen equipment especially the plates were dirty. Karaoke sound could not be used. For the room and place okay.

The caretaker is good, every time he asks for help, he comes right away.

There were lots of big ants and the bed cover looked like it had never been washed and there were traces of dirt.

All the villa facilities are running smoothly, the price is cheap, the villa staff are quick to respond, it's top.
