Easily accessible to all restaurants and slopes.

The elevators did not work most of the time snd we had to take the stairs outside the building. The heat kept shutting off.

Good location but the room itself sucked! Very loud, heater in the room made horrible noise couldn’t even use it. Hand soap was out, nothing in the bottle.

Convenient, great food and wait staff in the restaurant, small but pleasant room with good bed (bunks). The hot tubs left something to be desired (the jets didn't work on any of the 3)

Clean, well thought out rooms for active travellers (sports minded), and extra ski gear.

Location. We had to ask for cleaner sheets and having the coffee bar register by hotel check in counter was a hassle. The coffee bar register needs moved to the other end so those hotel patrons can go in and out of the lobby. Even the parking was a nightmare. People would park their cars a few feet from hotel entrance to wait for valet and not allow you to walk out with your luggage because it would block the sidewalk and road. The hotel was clean and staff extremely nice.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but worse for wear. The sink did not drain properly and the walls were paper thin, so everything was quite noisy.

Absolutely the friendliest Staff we’ve ever encountered. Very clean facility very prompt to respond to your needs. Location, location, location. This is an incredible location for shopping, restaurants, and of course snow activities.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location to downtown. Restaurant and coffee shop on site were particularly good.
