Great staff. Pleasant environment.

Place is not very clean and it’s really loud. Guests were very noisy. Moldy bathroom. Even though it is very small, the bed was very comfortable

The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient to where we were going, and we felt safe.

I was traveling from out of state has some car issues had to wait on road side assistance i made it there late no refund was given never got a chance to check in

My room accommodations were okay. The shower accommodations were awkward given the position of the shower.

Great overnight stay. Walls are very thin so if you are working during your stay, keep this in mind.

The staff is very nice and the Lobby is excellent but the rooms needs some updating. The towels were not satisfactory and the carpet was old. Was overall surprised that the name doesn’t fit the experience.

I'm not sure where the ball was dropped, but my reservation was not in the hotel's system and the hotel was fully booked. However I did have the reservation number. Even though the hotel has okay accommodations (beds were not very comfortable, the ac fan was extremely loud, the shower door leaked so the floor was super slick and there was water rot damage on the wall) the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! They did everything possible (talking with Hotels.com directly, calling hotel manager) and made sure to find a room for me. She was extremely nice and patient through a stressful situation.

For nice gentleman who checked me in. He was friendly and thorough in his explanation of the property offerings.

The building looks a little run down - cracks in ceiling, walls missing finish, etc. I found two dirty napkins in the floor by the window. The hallways and elevator smelled of mariquana. The breakfast and the hostess were nice.
