The view from the caravan was amazing, caravan was clean and warm, had everything we needed. Barmouth is a beautiful place and lots of places to visit. Will definitely be back loved it.

Lovely well equipped caravan. Welcome pack was unexpected but a very nice touch. Site was beautiful well kept gardens and views spectacular. We ate in the restaurant - food was excellent - gourmet quality.

Perfect stay, probably the nicest caravan I’ve ever stayed in, very comfortable. Pool on site is warm and very clean. Restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit too! We will definitely be returning.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay with our 1year old twins. The caravan was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the oven not working however management soon came to resolve the problem. The site is well looked after and the pool area was amazing. We had such a great stay and hope to return in the future. Would highly recommend!

C18 is too close to recycling facility/car park and road, it does not share the same panoramic sea views of the other vans. Not suitable for disabled due to extremely steep layout. If disabled, ask for the row the facilities are on, they also have beautiful views. Very clean van.

With that kind of views, they probably would make me happy with a tent in the winter :) It is cosy, especially living area. Well equiped kitchen. Good shower, toilet. A little bit of isolation between bedroom and toilet would do. Double bed, not a king size - for me 6'5 it was a bit of trouble, as I am used to king size, but it is fine. I slept on the sofa. The view at the sunrise...my God, I could sleep on the pavement to see that again. Compact property with the car park (I was able to park my SUV, so it ok), but it has everything you need and more ;) Very kind owners. Hassle-free.

We had stayed here 2 months ago and enjoyed and wanted to go back. We have a dog and paid extra £25 as requested. We had a dog friendly caravan. It was not gated off like previous Caravan so couldn’t let our dog out on her own and no boarding covering underneath the caravan so our dog could just go underneath. The previous caravan was all gated and boarded off. Also our caravan was by the main road which was also noisy. We paid for a gold caravan but felt disappointed on our second trip which is a shame as loved our first visit

Poor communication up front from Expedia about the facilities status (everything was shut on arrival due to COVID). At some point during our stay, the restaurant and bar was opened, but we were not informed. We found out by walking past. No message prior to arrival about how to obtain keys. A text message describing what to bring arrived just before the holiday was about to start. Apparently we needed to bring bedding for one of the beds. I’d checked their website before this and found no information about it. Found it later....in the ‘prices’ section. Strange. Bought a duvet on route instead of hiring one from the campsite. Paid £4 for WiFi one day. The network was usable for an hour and then became extremely slow. I wasn’t watching movies. Just simple browsing. The caravan had no parking outside it. Had to park the car in an overflow car park and walk up and down a steep hill to get to the car. The tap in the bathroom leaked water all over the floor when it was used. The caravan has thin partition walls, and therefore no sound proofing. It was supposed to be a 6-birth caravan but it’s really a 4 2. The 2 are on a sofa bed, which makes for an inconvenience. Positives: nice to have a microwave oven. Nice view of the sea and north Wales coastline. 5mins drive to Barmouth (nearest beach and shops).
