It’s fine. Decor is questionable but perhaps a matter of taste. Room on the ground floor was noisy. Many things described as being ‘included’ were not, so there was no coffee/tea maker, no cookware/dishes/utensils, no free bottled water, no kitchenette and no microwave. Also no staff present so very impersonal.

The property and location were exactly like they were on the booking site. The room and facilities were excellent and communication was fast and so willing to help. Cleanliness of the room was absolutely outstanding. So many extras included.

Had a lovely stay at kotel. Very comfy rooms and amazing bathroom and little kitchenette has everything needed for a little break. We only stayed 1 night and was perfect.

Amazing place. Really good location. We will be back in the future.

Great location. Well maintained. Ample parking. Easy to access. Nice warm rooms.

Not bad for the area. Bit on the small side with 4 people sharing one room.

Lovely base for the lake. Room was spotless. Great fridge. Microwave not used looked good. Nice shower. Room was a bit warm but cooled down nicely with the window open for a while

The accommodation was excellent except for the noice from the fridge

I might have misread the blurb, was expecting a kitchenette and a full size fridge so was surprised to find just a kettle and mini fridge. My room was one of the tiny ones which was expected, room was clean as was shower & toilet. Bed was a single but comfy, slept like a baby although the 14 miles walked helped! Nice pub next door with quiz on Thursdays! Overall good value, and help only a phone call away. Good location on a quiet road midway between Windermere and Bowness

Kotel is a great concept, keypad entry doors and checking in is as simple as them sending you the code. The hotel was in a great location, pretty old house but well maintained and decorated. Rooms were clean and very practical. All appliances were top quality brands which is unusual but reassuring.

Extremely helpful staff and well equipped room. Only negative was the electric car charging point needed a cable. Perhaps this could be mentioned on the website/booking process. It wasn't a major issue for me as I had enough charge to find somewhere else but could be a problem for others, so not a complaint just a bit of feedback

Great stay, really good location and was perfect for travelling with the dogs. Beautiful garden at the back with the patio opening onto it so really convenient for the dogs. Great room with good facilities. Clean and very friendly team there. Would definitely go back

Excellent stay, could do with the air-conditioning on hot days and nights but they have electric fan.

Myself and my wife had a 2 night stay in a Studio room. The Room was modern and clean with a nice comfy king size bed and the overall building is lovely but When booking we had the impression that a kitchenette would have cooking Hobs but it only had a Microwave, Toaster, kettle, which was a big disappointment as my wife is Celiac and I would have liked to cook a nice breakfast for myself and wife as it is difficult for her eating out. This is the reason we book apartment hotels. I think that the studio room Was over priced for what we received. I did speak to the nice young lady there and did tell her that I was going to say this in my review so it will not be a Surprise. On a final note, we did enjoy our stay but with a little let down.
