Room was clean spotless and great location..... Very minor quibble which if changed can make all the difference. The bedside cabinet also features at the kettle and tea coffee facilities... Leaving no room to put your phone or bits on.... Also to fill the kettle the tap is too short meaning you can only put in a small amount till it spills all over the floor soaking socks....small quibble but otherwise great location and clean and tidy with helpful friendly staff

Clean and good sized room, the roll top bath was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. As a solo traveler it was nice the hotel access was on the side of the pub.

I can’t fault The Crofts Hotel. The service was brilliant. Lovely friendly team. The room was spacious, modern and clean, the breakfast was delicious with proper bacon instead of the cheap thin bacon you get some places. The whole experience offered excellent value for money. I will definitely stay again:

I did not have breakfast.but the room was very good clean and new.parking great out the hotel.never saw any staff as i got there late and left in the morning. But i was very happy with the room.

Breakfast was really good

Room was clean and well presented. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. On street parking is difficult but they allowed us to park in the rear yard. We didn’t have breakfast but it smelt good. Beds were comfy if a bit too soft but that’s personal preference. Would have been nice if people staying upstairs hadn’t decided to be so heavy footed when walking around in the night but that’s not hotels fault.

Clean room , really helpful staff when I called about parking and ask when I got there she told me where my room was and everything was nice
