For those looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this one is highly recommended. While it may have some shortcomings, it's generally okay. The staff is friendly and accessible.

The price and room amenities are appropriate, so don't expect too much. The room floor was sticky even though I just checked in. You get what you pay for. Although this is not a luxury hotel, there is a well-functioning elevator + resident security (you have to tap your card to get on the elevator) and there is also a ramp at the front of the hotel. If you want to eat durian, Chinese food, foot reflexology, drink coconut water, Wellings pharmacy, eat dim sum early in the morning, you can walk because it is very very very close.

We stayed for three nights. The room wasn't cleaned on the second and third days, even though we'd asked the front desk to do so. The AC in room 507 had a broken wing, pointing directly at the bed, unable to be directed elsewhere. The owner didn't seem to care about this issue.

The room was very spacious, and my mom and sister were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was tailored to our needs. It's close to LGL Hospital, Penang Plaza, and other eateries.

The location isn't too far, so just walk ahead and you'll find plenty of food vendors. The rooms are okay.

The room smelled of cigarettes and was small. The bed also smelled of cigarettes. The AC took a while to cool, and the door wasn't secure. I was a bit disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, but amenities like towels can run out.

The staff was friendly and they let us store our luggage. It's just quite a distance to get to everywhere. Was it me who didn't know the shortcuts? The first day we arrived, there were no water bottles provided at all, only a dispenser for refilling water. The room was prepared in a hurry, and towels weren't ready either. So we walked in and out again until evening when the towels were ready.

The room is quite spacious, the air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is clean, too. However, when I stayed yesterday, I had to go to the second floor to get drinking water. An iron is available in front of the room. Quite satisfied with the hotel.
