Clean room, enthusiastic and kind owners, motorbikes for rent and comfortable parking, very satisfied, every time I go to Da Nang I stay here

The owners and everyone are extremely friendly, the room is clean, spacious, and the balcony is airy. I went to Da Nang on the hottest days of the year, but the experience in Lem really cooled the heat! Compared to the price, I vote for Lem 5 stars and highly recommend! Will be back.

Trãi nghiệm lưu trú tuyệt vời ở Đà Nẵng. Anh chủ và cô chú rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Mình hỏi để nhờ hành lý trước giờ check in thì host chủ động cho check in sớm từ 11:30 luôn. Phòng được làm sạch và thay khăn mới mỗi ngày. 10đ 🫶🏻. Phòng rộng rãi thoáng đẹp. Vị trí gần biển, di chuyển dễ dàng. Điểm trừ là phòng chỉ có duy nhất 1 gương trong phòng tắm, nhiều khi ra khỏi nhà không biết mình ăn mặc đã ổn hay chưa, và nếu có người xài toilet thì mình không có gương để sửa soạn. Điểm trừ nữa là toilet không có hút mùi cũng không có cửa thông hơi. Nếu đi chung một nhóm bạn thì sau khi xài toilet xong sẽ ngại lắm 🥲. Mình thấy phòng có wifi riêng nhưng mình xài bị yếu, nhiều lúc phải tự xài 4g. Tựu chung lại là cảm thấy dễ chịu khi ở đây. Mọi người đến Đà Nẵng có thể thêm vào lựa chọn của mình nha.

I chose a lot of places in the end because I saw photos of chill rooms and cool spaces... but when I checked in, I was assigned the only room on the 5th highest floor, the 3 glass sides were incredibly hot... all day. Closing the curtain is completely different from the photo posted. The bathroom on the 5th floor is also tiny. After that, I asked to change rooms but was informed that the room was full... then I called again to discuss because the room did not have a separate kitchen in the room and I had small children.. so we agreed to sleep 1 night on the 5th floor after that. Then 2 nights later, I was able to go down to the 3rd floor. I booked a room a long time ago but I don't understand why I received it like that... very disappointed with this room arrangement. If you want to use this room on the 5th floor, you should take a photo so customers can choose correctly

Room was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Personally, I prefer room a to room b even though room b is much larger, two years of stay at lem are extremely satisfied, the price of the room is very cheap compared to the quality, the coffee is also delicious.

Studio room like an apartment fully equipped with kitchen, dining utensils, television, refrigerator. The owner is enthusiastic and friendly. Location is near the sea, about 5 minutes walking distance. The minus point is that the spring bed is sunken in back pain, the toilet does not have an exhaust fan, so the smell spreads throughout the room.

Trải nhiệm một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Lem, phòng đẹp có ban công kiểu chung cư, thoáng, có cây xanh và ánh sáng mặt trời, yên tĩnh, gần trung tâm, gần biển, có chủ nhà đưa đón sân bay, chủ thân thiện và bên dưới còn có quán cà phê. Chỉ một góp ý là phòng B3 máy lạnh bị kêu nên tối bị ồn, nếu được Lem xử lý sớm để khách có trải nghiệm tốt hơn nữa. Nếu có cơ hội sẽ quay lại đây.

Tôi đã có 1 kì nghỉ tuyệt vời tại đây, khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, mọi người đều nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mọi thứ, có thể thuê luôn xe máy của khách sạn để đi lại với mức giá hợp lý, khu nhà yên tĩnh không ồn ào mà lại rất thoáng mát. Dưới tầng 1 là quán cafe có thể gọi các loại cafe và nước ép. Hình ảnh tôi chụp lại bằng điện thoại ở dưới đây, tôi sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn cho bạn bè và gia đình, rất hài lòng

Nice apartment-style room. Full amenities. Cute staff. One minus point is that the soundproofing room is not good, so I can still hear the music in other rooms

The room is clean, the owner and the hostess are enthusiastic. The room has a very nice balcony, cool and airy. However, I live in the outside apartment, facing the market, so the market will be a bit noisy in the morning.
