Even though this is the second time staying here, but again given a damp room, up to 3 times moving rooms, and in the second room the condition of the mattress and pillows were full of animals and bedbugs until the skin was bumpy and red. In the third room the water did not feel hot. Don't forget to improve the quality and service again.

There are tungua cok on the mattress hahaha, please clean it properly next time. Makes it itchy

With that price in Bandung, it shouldn't be this disappointing. Lots of cockroaches in the room, hot water is off, dirty. I don't know why the previous review said it was good. There are no representatives on this trvelloka review.

A very memorable hotel for family and friends, plus very friendly service from the hotel staff and an attractive and beautiful atmosphere of the room and hotel. Maybe the input for this hotel is on the cleanliness of the bathroom, more precisely on the smell/aroma that still sticks to the nose. Please pay attention again, to the naked eye it is clean and good. In conclusion, this hotel is still recommended and can be a mainstay for travelers.

the room has water seepage marks. the bathroom SMELLS like a septic tank which makes my child nauseous even though when I checked in I requested a room on the upper floor but was given the ground floor, I saw that the upper one was still empty. the condition of the room is also damp and a bit scary. hopefully the service can be improved. thank you

1. I have often stayed here when on business in Bandung, usually the hotel provides bottled mineral water. For the past 2 months now, I have taken it myself from the dispenser and the waiter has refused to get it. 2. Restaurant menu. If you book a room excluding breakfast, it means ordering separately, so the price is equivalent to the included food menu. Where fried rice soaked in oil. Plus burnt fried egg is 30k. 3. Ordering food to the room cannot go to the front office, go straight down to the 1st floor to order. It is very important to stay here.

Location is close to Kiara Park & breakfast was alright. But the bathroom water smelled so bad & it came out brown! We had to leave it running for a good few minutes before it finally stopped smelling. Also, the AC in our room, although worked quite well keeping our room cool, was leaking pretty bad.

With affordable prices, the hotel is quite comfortable on major road access.
