no room available... how ro get refund

Things are not at all like the photo. Arriving at the location, extra fees were charged for the passport and another deposit. Furthermore, the room we chose with two beds was not available and my friend had to sleep on the floor. Terrible.

Kamar yang kami pesan tidak ada, harus upgrade ke kamar lain yang lebih mahal.

The room area clean. interior just nice. I was satisfied with that but tv not function, the AC not cold enough, I sleep with sweat all my body, and the toilet bowl not clean especially the seat.

Dirty bathroom. The bathroom door is broken.

The hotel staff is not good at being arrogant and unfriendly. need to find a better and more friendly staff

Wifi password not shared, water heater not working, room not clean, single light bulbs, dirty sheets, dirty blankets, airconds sometimes works. Bathroom washer, toilet bowl clogged, bathroom mirror

Service is not satisfactory, facilities are not good.

Got some cockroach inside the room. and the room not really clean. And also receptionist not welcoming at all, no smile at all.
