Came for a Royals baseball game. Front desk was helpful and let us know when rooms were available. Front desk evening able to give us conditioner vs 2 shampoos.

They taken my payment out before I checked in and I had to pay an additional 100 for a hold if there was any damages. During our stay the power went out in our room 3 times each night, my boyfriend issues a cpap machine which was how we k ow we did not have power. The cleaning staff did not change our sheets, the second night, they’re we stains on the sheet . And worst of all my bank account got hacked while I was there.

The staff was extremely friendly and was very attentive to our concerns. We checked in and had to rush out for our show but our room had an off putting odor and we mentioned it and without hesitation they switched our rooms while we were out and had everything ready when we returned.

Great service! Clean rooms, easy access to highways. Great breakfast options.

It’s was a nice place to stay.

Hotel is clean however an hour into our stay the cable service to the tv stopped. Service desk states it’s the service provider due to weather related in a different city with unknown time to be fixed. Nothing was provided or offered to compensate the inconvenience

Internet and tv service wasn’t working. I was walked in on 2 times by housekeeping trying to clean my room, each time well before checkout.

It was just quiet and I wasn’t feeling well I was just able to relax

Lobby smelled strongly of sewage the whole time. There was an alarm going off in a room and front desk and we were put in the room right across from the room alarming. Front desk lady was frustrated and snapped at over the room phone. Requested and got another room but we almost left...

This was a very nice property and I enjoyed the bar area. This property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and inviting.

Stay was good. Our bathroom mirror worked partially for the stay and was only given $11 dollars off. The whole hotel to the 4th floor smelled so bad of backed up sewage. Thank god it didnt get into the room but they have a huge serious issue with sewage back up. Was dissapointed that the pool was closed the whole weekend for “maintence” even though when we got in friday afternoon no sign was on the door. Staff on other hand was amazing! they made sure we were taken care of and helped as best as possible. Would i stay at this location again? possibly

The hotel had a sewer gas smell

No hot tub and swimming pool was cold. No discount for something that wasnt available. Not going there again.

when we walked into the brand new Holiday Inn, it smelled like sewage and the lady at the front desk told us that there is a sewage plant nearby and that sometimes it smells like that. We were there for three nights and it reeked the entire time in the lobby. We had to run outside and inside to get away from the smell. It was awful. Pool was “broken” and would turn you orange according to staff. Booked third party so couldn’t leave. Do not book here.
