It's disgusting and annoying, the receptionist is not very friendly. Once checked in, he said the room air conditioner was not cold, if you want cold air conditioning you have to move rooms but pay extra again. Instead of this, it's better to cancel.

The hotel is located on the harbor road. Judging from the building and room conditions, it looks like this hotel is old. I got a room that didn't match the order because he said the deluxe type room was full and was given a standard type room. The room was rather dusty and musty, the AC had been cold for a long time. The price is indeed cheap but with the same price you can get a more comfortable hotel in the city of Dumai.
