The AC is not cold.. it only blows out air The floor is sticky The TV is broken I have to charge another 35 thousand

The room floor is not mopped. The sheets are dirty, the bed is uncomfortable and it falls apart when you sleep on it. It doesn't match the one in the photo.

When checking in, we were asked for additional payment directly because the price listed in the app had not been updated. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was flooded with rainwater from outside. The bed was dirty with sheets that felt like there was sand and dirt. The towels provided were smelly.

Cleanliness and comfort of the room are no problem. But for those who stay on weekends, additional charges apply. The price of a weekend room is IDR 250,000 (IDR 60,000 more expensive than the price in the app).

It's a mess, the mattress makes my body itchy, the girl gave me aminities, I didn't give her a towel. No wonder it's cheap. Chaotic.

The room is nice, clean, soundproof, cold AC, TV too, Water Heater works well. Only towels and toiletries are missing.

The room is clean, the AC and toilet work well, the location is close to Sentul Market to find food and the choices are delicious because the provider does not provide breakfast, the swimming pool is large and clean, next time I can stay again at Apartment Tower Sentul.

This is really really dirty, the lights only turn on once so it's dark. There are no facilities that can be used, the room is smelly and the floor is sticky.

Sorry, it's not the same as in the picture, the pillows smell, the AC isn't cold, towels aren't provided and so on. I regret it hahaha, luckily I checked out straight away.

Itchy sheets, towels not available, WA info or reception telephone not available in the room so it's difficult to communicate, the reception office is not 24 hours so it's difficult to check out early while I have an event until noon. As a result, you will be fined 50 for late check out. That's ridiculous.
