I booked a Phi Phi Island tour. In the morning when the bus came to pick me up for the tour, I asked the receptionist if I could check out in the afternoon when I finished the tour because I was afraid the driver could not wait for me (I had already paid a deposit and paid the hotel). Receptionist replied to me that "I don't care". And then the receptionist told me to “quiet”. Receptionist gets angry and says “f*ck you” to customers. He told the driver to go and no longer need to drive me. Worst travel experience of my life.

The drainage in the shower is not good. There was flooding every time I took a shower.

Good, clean room, humble service, straight cover, not in the eyes.
