Hotel's staff is friendly and supportive. However, the shower hot water heater does not work during my stay. The hotel is located very close to the train station. On one hand, this is convenient for those who want to travel using train system and to take a visit at the University of Indonesia (a very large, nice university which is very close to the forest, the lake, and the nature with a fancy and good restaurant named Mang Engking). On the other hand, it is a little bit noisy because of notifications from the train station.
