The staff was too fussy, it wasn't time to leave, they kept on WhatsApping, the guest knew what time to leave.

Just an additional suggestion, the bathroom door handle in room 126 is time to be updated because the handle is facing downwards so it is a bit difficult to open the door, for other things such as room cleanliness, staff friendliness, and hotel comfort, it is really good... It was actually quite comfortable, but it's a shame the breakfast wasn't a buffet and the menu was very simple, served on one plate for a 3-star hotel. The only drinks available were bottled water. And one more thing, there was no sink in the room.

Nice room, friendly staff, very artistic interior with affordable price, the pool is amazing and the restaurant looks so fancy (of course with affordable prices), the ballroom looks so big, good job, the smoking area in the middle with plenty of chairs, amazing place ❤️.

Maybe you could check first about the AC or the room facilities because it feels like sleeping with stuffy air, the AC is not cold and there is no air either.

Staff need to be more friendly and greet, need cleanliness in toilet ceramics and handles and stair floors. Keep the cutlery and warm dishes clean.

Dirty sheets, hot AC, bad reception.
