Good location for where we wanted to be. Room quite small and dark but adequate for time we spent in it. Hot water out of shower a bonus. Evening meals of good quality, breakfast ok but things like juice seem to run out quick even when still two hours of breakfast time available. Staff very helpful and pleasant, parking good and we felt safe in the lodges compound

It's always a pleasure to stay at Annie's Lodge. Lovely al fresco area and good for the night before flying out of Chileka Airport. Food is lovely. My only concern is that the rooms are very small. Other than that, I fully recommend Annie's to all travelers.

Annie's Lodge is a beautiful lodge, with very personable and helpful staff. It is very clean. It has a great restaurant. The rooms are a little small and need a little maintenance, but overall it's a great place.

The place is just fine. Maybe some more light in the room would be nice - the lights are not very strong. but maybe it depends on the room you have...

Annie's Lodge was our base for an education visit to the Chiradzulu district 2-16 March 2016. It was a perfect location - close to airport and central Blantyre and 5 minute walk from HHI. We had self catering rooms which were very clean(cleaned daily), spacious and with very effective a/c, comfortable bed with mosquito net ( no sign of mosquitos), kitchen area with fridge/microwave/sink and bathroom and good power shower.we left every morning at 6 am after an excellent breakfast and in the evening the restaurant offered a wide range of good value snacks and meals throughout the day 'til 10 pm. Secluded, attractive, well kept gardens with picnic tables and option of bbq. Excellent security with 24 hr guard & high steel gates.Plenty of parking available.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was raining all night during my stay but that did not disturb my sleep. Staff were very welcoming, helped with things that I needed very quickly. I arrived a bit late but the receptionist managed to call the hotel director and I was given a room that I really liked. I would want to go there again

In a country where premium rates are charged for 3 star accommodation, Annie's Lodge deserves its two stars---it offers fair value for money relative to the others. There was new luxury bed linen, colour matching towels (3) in the bathroom, a comfortable bed and a good qualty mosquito net. The only real drawback was the lack of a power point near to the desk. It gave the impression that the owner or manager had made a real effort to provide comfort, and it was better maintained than most I have stayed in in Malawi.
