Friendly and enthusiastic staff

The rooms are nice and affordable, the location is close to popular attractions, and the environment is mostly filled with foreigners. However, the hotel only accepts cash and doesn't accept bank transfers. Parking for a car overnight costs 90,000 VND/day, not free. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The studio apartment was clean, fully furnished, and had kitchenettes. The staff were friendly, lovely, and provided quick assistance.

The room has a lot of cockroaches, from the bedroom to the bathroom. The toilet is very dirty and not cleaned.

The receptionist was polite, the security guard and parking attendant had a very bad attitude. The room was a bit old, the hygiene was poor, there were many small cockroaches in the room. The room had few outlets, the voltage of the 110V outlet could not be used.

I see many cockroaches in the rooms very weird elevator systems it takes ages to get down or get upstairs..very weird system at reception they do care about only check in and check outs no room service you have to deal with 2th party whoever your room provider is..it means that even small problems taking so long time to sort it out..so busy hotel I feel like I am in China

Cheap room near the center, convenient for traveling. The check-out process took too long. I had to wait 15 minutes to check the room.

I stayed here for 3 days. Everything was great from the reception, housekeeping, room view, hygiene... next time I visit NT I will definitely book here again. High floor view of the city, super chill

The room has a nice view. The room I originally booked was city view, but I asked for a sea view upgrade, with a fee, the staff supported quickly, the room is beautifully designed, the long balcony faces the sea, the hotel is located right in the center, just a few steps away from the night market, square, Tram Huong tower. Because it is in a central location, I prioritized a high, quiet floor. The only downside is that the wait for the elevator is a bit long. In addition, there is a gym, swimming pool on the 6th floor for free use. The apartment room has microwave, iron, dryer, TV, bathtub. The room is cleaned every day, neat and clean. The soundproofing is not very good, guests walking on the balcony, we still hear the sound of slippers and talking. Next time I will come back here

The room is very run down and ugly to look at, the curtains are torn in many places, the walls are dirty and torn, the bed has cockroaches. Rented a room but no parking support, others have to pay the fee themselves, even though it's small, but still not happy.

The room is very nice, the sea view is worth the money, but the wait for check in and check out is a bit long.
