Booked via app. Paid in full, chose non-refundable option. When I arrived, the hotel said they don't accept guests via app during Tet. The hotel also offered to help me through another hotel with the same owner, but I still had to pay for that. As for the amount paid via app, I don't know when I'll get a refund?

Extremely luxurious hotel, everyone should refer. All messages are fine with me. rooms, furniture, staff attitude, reception... are all very good. There is a super-genuine shower tree, the terrace to watch the sunrise, sunset or the view in the city is very stable.
