Service is very unsatisfactory.

The apartment receptionist was not friendly.

The receptionist is rude. People stay overnight and pay. Also with friendly outsiders if you want to look for guests, that's not there.

We've been inform that the electric is temporary not working due the contruction from the PLN, but from the time we check-in till 17.00, the electric hasn't light up.

Delicious, comfortable, and highly recommended.

Cocok untuk liburan keluarga, tapi gak ada hair dryer disediakan.

View yang sangat bagus kolam renang nya juga bersih dan besar. Cuman ada kedala di unit yang kita pakai pintu kamar mandinya gak bisa di kunci.

The location is very strategic, shopping for food is very easy, good views, clean rooms, the only minus is that the room door is difficult to close and open and unfortunately there is no hairdryer in this room. Makes it difficult to dry hair after swimming. Stove can be used. The view is very good ... hopefully next time I can stay here again.

The staff is really friendly. The view is really great. The minus will be, if you have a plan to cook, you might need to bring your own appliances. But better not to cook, it 's already surrended by restaurants and fast food that you can choose. 😊.

Very happy to stay in this apartment. Harbor Bay Residence staff are very helpful. The swimming pool is spacious and clean. The view at sunset is really cool. The state of Singapore is also clearly visible. Resto, cafe, department store, bakery, jogging track, and others are all very close to this apartment. But unfortunately there was a minor problem during the check-in process. I don't know where the problem is. Is it from Traveloka, or from Harbor Bay Residence Apartment Staff or from Lovina Staff. I was asked to wait up to 45 minutes from the scheduled check in when Lovina Staff checked / confirmed my order. Overall, I am very satisfied staying at this apartment.
