It was a good time during our stay. We enjoyed it here. The room was spacious, the valley view was great, the pool was big, and there was a jacuzzi as well. All guests are equal.

This resort is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. It's highly recommended for nature lovers.

This resort is highly recommended, the rooms are spacious, clean, the mattress is comfortable, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the prices are ok, the vibe and view are really cool. The road to the location is dark and quite deep, the room is spacious and clean, the hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast has few types, there is a fried noodle dish, when I got it the noodles were still hard, the pastry was ok.

Menginap di Kenran Resort Ubud, pelayanan ramah, sangat tenang menikmati liburan staycation bersama keluarga, room dengan amenities lengkap bersih, minuman dan makanan sangat enak, sedikit sugest untuk welcoming drink bisa dengan minuman yang lebih fresh, tidak hanya sekadar minuman refill.

So far puas, hotelnya luas, nyaman, cantik, kamarnya juga luas. Tapi satu yang menurutku bisa di-improve adalah televisinya belum yang smart, jadi nggak bisa nonton Netflix atau YouTube, jadi agak bosan kalau malam.

Resort dengan view terbaik di Ubud. Ada sawah, tebing, sungai, dan kolam. Pelayanan sangat ramah. Jangan cuma 1 malam deh di Kenran.

Fantastic view. Clean and luxurious rooms with a Balinese feel and close to nature. Typical swimming pool like Ubud resorts. Very comfortable and at home here. Nice waiter.

A very pleasant experience staying at Kenran! All family members are happy. The rooms are spacious, the air and views are also delicious, the swimming pool is really beautiful, the children are all happy because there is a warm water pool too. The bathtub is also cool because the view is beautiful, very relaxing. The service is also very good and friendly, it's a shame I haven't had the chance to try the yoga. Next time I want to stay again at Kenran if I go to Ubud ☺️. It's just that the location is a bit complicated, but it's worth it for the atmosphere.

Booking an upgraded villa type room. I'm very happy

We have high expectation when booked this hotel but not experienced half of that. We love the infinity pool and hot water kids pool, but those following points quite disappointed:- Hotel location quite remote.- Food taste average.- Terrible night after find out mouse footsteps sound and could not sleep until morning. The receptions not offering room changing at the night, only technician monitoring at the middle of night but we refuse.- They don't asking formal apologizes either follow up if we don't asked.- We also depend to buggy car while mobile from room to reception, only 2 person and 3 buggy operated. While if not take buggy, we should walking quite far.
