The receptionist service was slow, so there was a queue for check-in.. on Traveloka it said it included meals for 3 people, but actually it was only 2. As a result, the child had to pay more.. oh yeah, one more thing.. the towels weren't immediately in the room.. I requested them first, but they took a long time to arrive.. I requested them in the afternoon, and the towels were delivered after Maghrib :/ . I've only been here once.. haha
