Comfortable hotel, near the mall, friendly staff, complete facilities, clean rooms.

Nice good, the room is a little bit small.. the service is good and friendly, just like the hotel I visited.

What I like most about this hotel is the breakfast and the close access to the mall. If I may offer some input, perhaps the rooms facing the sunrise should be given extra air conditioning, as the existing AC isn't capable of combating the blazing sun until midday.

Direct connection Pakuwon Mall. Big Indonesian style breakfast, small Western area. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Stayed 3 nights.

Met a guest who didn't sleep until 6 am, chatting continuously and could be heard in the room until I had to play loud music to sleep. Where I had to leave for the factory at 6 am with a lack of sleep. Finally, I was helped to move rooms by the front office team. The hotel team was quite agile in dealing with complaints, given cut fruit and a small bottle of juice for entertainment. But if you don't get enough sleep, it's hard to fix 😩
